Dr. R. Karthik completed his M.B.B.S. from Madras Medical College in 2013. He completed his M.S. Orthopedics at Kilpauk medical college in 2018. He joined Ganga Hospital as an FNB spine fellow in 2019 and completed his 2 years of training in spine surgery. He has been working as a senior registrar in the Dept of Spine Surgery since 2022. He completed the AO Spine Advanced Level training in Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery in 2023 at Bangalore. He has been actively participating in research activities and presented papers at various national conferences. He has co-authored more than 20 scientific publications and 3 book chapters. He has won the ASSI “Young Investigator Award” for two consecutive years (2022, 2023)
